The Innogive Foundation (IGF) understands your concerns about how your information is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
Type of Information
The information we learn from end users enables us to provide you and your selected charities with information related to your donations. We collect, maintain and use information you give us as necessary to report and receipt your donations.
We will provide information related to your donation to the relevant charity or their appointed third party agent.
We may release information necessary to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of IGF, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We may engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf and will provide information necessary to perform their functions. (For example: research and education data analysis, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service.)
If you wish to opt-out or unsubscribe to any service or charitable campaign, please contact us through email, facsimile or US Mail as provided below. In addition, to opt-out, you can simply send “STOP” to the campaign short code.
IGF protects your information by using industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data.
IGF does not offer services to, or knowingly collect or solicit information from, anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not provide us with any information or use our services. Any information we receive from people we believe to be under 13 will be deleted from our system.
