Rules:

1. HOW TO ENTER: The Drawing begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on March 21, 2011 and ends at 5PM ET on April 2nd, 2012 (the "Entry Period"). Your purchase of conference only will automatically enter you to win one of the prizes above. By submitting an entry, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing. All entries must be received by 5 PM ET on April 2nd, 2012. Conference ticket purchase necessary. Entrants are responsible for all charges imposed by their Internet service provider and/or wireless service provider (as applicable), including any applicable taxes on such services, in connection with submission of an entry. Entrants are limited to one (1) Drawing Entry per purchase. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Delivery of Prize will be made during the conference at 12:00PM EST in Conference facilities. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic, in connection with the submission, receipt, storage and/or processing of entries. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Drawing is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia, who are female and 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Innogive Foundation ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and advertising, promotion, Internet agencies, participating wireless carriers and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Four (4) potential Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to this Drawing. Drawing will occur on or about April 2nd, 2012 from all eligible entries received as of the close of the Entry Period. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize winner will be notified the day of the event and subsequently by email, phone or mail. If any potential winner cannot be reached by e-mail or telephone within three (3) days of initial attempt and/or fails to respond to any notification attempt within three (3) days, or if any attempted notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The potential prize winners will be required to complete and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery of same. If the potential winner is a minor under the laws of his or her state of residency, prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian, who will be required to complete the Affidavit/Release. Failure to complete and return any required affidavit or release within the specified time period will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected.

All federal, state and local taxes on prize value are the sole responsibility of winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize winner5. GENERAL RULES: Acceptance of a prize constitutes an irrevocable grant of permission by the winner (and the winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) for Sponsor and its promotional partners and licensees to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by Winner regarding the Drawing or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, in any media now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation posting Winner's name and photograph on the Internet), except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants (and parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence) and winner (and winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, Innogive Foundation, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Drawing, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in any Drawing-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with the Drawing in any way shall be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical, human or other errors in these Official Rules, in the administration of the Drawing, in the announcement of the Prize, and/or in any advertising or other associated promotional materials in connection with the Drawing.
5. Disputes: Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and each hereby waives, all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, and/or any other damages, including attorney's fees or other such related costs of pursuing a claim. The Drawing is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in New York, New York. Any attempted form of entry into the Drawing, other than the entry methods stated, is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless phone connections, web sites, WAP sites, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict an entrant's ability to enter the Drawing, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's phone, or other matter relating to or resulting from participating in this Drawing or downloading any materials in the Drawing. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Drawing should (in its sole discretion) any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Drawing. In such case, Sponsor will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing and/or any associated web sites and/or WAP sites. Sponsor may void an entrant's Entries without refund and prohibit an entrant from participating in the Drawing (and future promotions) or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including but not limited to the use of automated entry programs, the use of automated entry devices, entry through multiple phone accounts owned by the same entrant or by participating in, or benefiting from, a syndicate, group or block entry process or system), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Any entrant found to be violating these Official Rules may be prohibited from participating in current and future promotions, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
